We collect: name, email address, phone number, property address, and project details when you contact us or purchase a service.

• To provide quotes and deliver services you have requested
• To process payments via Stripe (our payment processor)
• To schedule and confirm appointments
• To respond to enquiries via email, phone or WhatsApp

4) Legal basis

We process your data to perform a contract with you, or because you have given consent, or for our legitimate business interests (responding to enquiries, improving our services).

5) Payment processing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.

6) Data retention

We keep your data for 6 years after our last interaction (UK limitation period for contracts), then securely delete it.

7) Your rights

8) Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share data with Stripe (payments) and may share with subcontractors if needed to deliver your service (with your knowledge).
