Keep your property in good shape year-round. We visit on a fixed schedule to handle touch-ups, minor repairs, and door adjustments — so you're not left chasing trades when something small needs doing.

How it works: Pay once per year. We schedule visits during standard hours. Materials quoted separately. No surprises.

What's included: Decorative maintenance, minor repairs and adjustments. If we identify specialist issues (electrics, gas, alarms, plumbing, certified fire compliance), we can quote via a specialist or refer you.

Prepaid Maintenance for FM

Reserve capacity. You're not buying "odd jobs" — you're reserving a maintenance team and a fixed annual budget. Each day equals 8 working hours for the booked team.

How it works: Choose a package → we review your site & logistics → you receive a Stripe payment link → contract is signed → capacity is reserved.

Operating terms (summary)

Note: These plans reserve capacity, not unlimited labour. Final scope, location and scheduling are confirmed during the review stage.

  • Service area: within our standard operating region; outside may be adjusted or declined.
  • Scheduling: visits are pre-booked; fixed calendar days only if agreed in writing.
  • Scope: decorative maintenance & minor repairs; specialist trades quoted separately.
  • Fair use: 1 day = 8 working hours for the booked team.
  • Site readiness: access, parking and safe working conditions must be provided.
  • Materials: not included; we quote separately and materials must be paid by the client before purchase unless agreed in writing.

Full terms will be included in the contract issued after review.
