Plain-English terms for VIZIONAIR maintenance plans. These terms protect both parties and keep the service predictable.
These terms apply to (1) Home Plans and (2) Book‑a‑Day bookings purchased via our website. Where a separate written contract is issued (e.g., facilities management / blocks), that contract will take priority.
Maintenance services cover decorative upkeep and minor repairs such as: paint touch‑ups, snagging, minor filling/patching, sealant touch‑ups, basic door and ironmongery adjustments, and similar cosmetic works. Larger items may be quoted separately.
Where stated, we can perform visual and operational checks only (e.g., closing action, basic alignment, obvious damage, and minor adjustments where appropriate). These checks are non‑certified and do not constitute a certified fire door inspection, compliance audit, fire risk assessment, or certification of compliance.
The following are not included unless separately agreed in writing and priced:
Visits are scheduled during standard working hours (Monday–Saturday, 07:00–18:00) unless agreed otherwise. You must provide safe access (including parking/loading where relevant) and ensure work areas are reasonably clear. If we attend and cannot gain access or work safely, this may be treated as a completed visit/day.
At checkout you are asked to confirm acceptance of these terms. Acceptance is a condition of purchase. If you purchase on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
Cooling‑off: If you are a consumer purchasing a Home Plan online, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase (the “cooling‑off period”) and receive a refund, provided the service has not started.
Service start: To keep the cooling‑off right clear and to avoid disputes, we will schedule the first visit after the 14‑day cooling‑off period, unless you ask in writing for an earlier start (in which case your statutory rights may be affected).
No refund after service start: Once the service has started (i.e., once the first visit is scheduled/confirmed or delivered), the annual plan fee becomes non‑refundable, except where required by law.
Plan term: Home Plans are sold as an annual service and are priced as a yearly commitment. Visits are allocated according to your plan (e.g., 1 per quarter / 2 per quarter / monthly) and are subject to reasonable scheduling availability.
Cancellation after service start: You may cancel by giving written notice to paintinganddecorating@vizionair.co.uk. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and does not create a right to a pro‑rata refund once the service has started.
Rescheduling: If you need to move a visit, please give as much notice as possible. Repeated rescheduling may push visits later in the schedule.
Reservation: Your payment reserves capacity. Dates are confirmed by email/WhatsApp once we agree availability and logistics.
If we cannot agree suitable dates: If we cannot agree workable dates within a reasonable window, you may request a full refund.
After dates are confirmed: Once dates are confirmed in writing, the booking becomes non‑refundable (because capacity is blocked), except where required by law. You may request a reschedule subject to availability.
Short‑notice changes: If you cancel or move confirmed dates with less than 48 hours notice, we may treat the day(s) as chargeable in full due to reserved labour. Where notice is greater than 48 hours, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule.
Commercial retainers, fixed weekly/fortnightly slots and portfolio programmes are typically governed by a separate written contract and/or a Stripe payment link issued after review. Where a written contract exists, its cancellation, notice and refund terms apply.
Payments are processed via Stripe. If you have an issue, contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Unfounded chargebacks (where services were properly scheduled/delivered and the terms were accepted) may be disputed with supporting evidence (including your acceptance at checkout, correspondence and scheduling confirmations).
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under law. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim connected to a Home Plan or Book‑a‑Day booking is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant plan/booking.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
